We have two experienced Environmental Engineers, who have worked on the Sunshine Coast for over fifteen years. The preparation of Erosion and Sediment Control Plans is essential to protect the unique waterways to the region. Our Director is a Certified Practitioner of Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and as such all our plans are of a high standard to ensure compliance with the latest guidelines.

We have successfully carried out supervision and auditing of large Land Development Projects which fall into the high risk Erosion and Sediment Control Category. We have also supervised similar large pipeline projects involving high risk areas adjacent National Parks.

• ESC for Earthworks to new SCC Landfill cell
• Bulk earthworks for a future 25 lot subdivision required long term sediment and erosion control incorporating sediment basins and mulching.
• A 17 lot rural residential subdivision with house pads on each lot required a number of sediment basins, clean water diversions and early mulching using slashed grass.
