Our Environmental services continue to be one of the pillars of our services to our various clients. This area of infrastructure delivery is usually the most concerning for our clients and our

extensive experience in these areas smooths the way through these processes. Clients include Sunshine Coast Council, Gympie Regional Council, Noosa Council and Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service.

This year we have been involved in two interesting Environmental projects:

• The first consisted of Environmental Management of the replacement of an existing timber bridge in a part of the Conondale National Park that is so untouched it is used as a reference site to gauge how other areas are degrading or returning to

natural state.

• The second is the Environmental Management of a new fire break for Bribie Island National Park. The main aim was to choose a corridor which avoided sensitive areas and yet was feasible to construct and use.
