Eumundi Village – Development Application for an expansion to the Eumundi village has now been approved by SCC and we will be progressing this project to complete detail design of this commercial extension to Eumundi. This design is going to be in keeping with the Eumundi character, by maintaining existing character buildings and vegetation.
We are also currently undertaking design and supervision of:
- Cartwright Village 32 bed aged care extension.
- A new 20 Lot Stage of a 400 lot subdivision at Kilcoy.
- Completion of 25 urban lots at Erindale Park, Cooroy.
- St Teresa High School extension.
- Sewer relocation along the river foreshore in water charged ground for units at Noosaville.
